On September 24, 2022 the Case of Distinction honoured its newest inductees —
Shawn Burt, Kevin Hastings, Terry Hoover and David Wilson.
These former KCSS students have distinguished themselves through outstanding achievements in their professions, local and national communities, and around the world. Their accomplishments serve as an inspiration to present and future students.

School Song — Green, White & Gold March by Daniel McConnachie (1967-72). The original school song (music & lyrics) was written KCSS staff member Nestor Olynyk. Daniel's version is a mash-up of two different songs composed in the same time period.
